If you're a customer who uses a USB announcer, then the below should help you upload your new audio.

Remove the USB stick from the On Hold Audio announcer, and plug it into your computer. 

Start by finding the email you've received from us, and download the new on-hold audio file.

Once downloaded, hover over the download notification and click the folder icon, this will open the download folder. Otherwise, navigate to your downloads folder.

Right-click the file and choose COPY from the menu.

Now choose THIS PC in the left-hand column, and open the USB Stick drive. You will be able to see the old audio file, right-click it and choose DELETE from the context menu.

Once this is complete, right-click and choose PASTE from the context menu. 

Now you can remove the USB stick from your computer and reinsert it into your USB On Hold Audio announcer.

Once the USB Stick is inserted into the announcer, it will begin playing the new file automatically.

Your phone system may require audio files of a certain format, or have strict requirements about the audio frequencies it can accurately reproduce. We optimise your audio files to sound best on your phone system, all we need to know is the make and model. 

Pronunciations are important! So we'll go the extra mile to find the correct pronunciation for you, even going so far as to record multiple versions if we find more than one "correct" pronunciation. You WILL get the pronunciation you want.

We have thousands of backing tracks, each one personally vetted by our Studio team for quality. We'll even recommend tracks that fit your brand.
